HOMESTEAD STYLE YOGURT &
MOZZARELLA COOKING CLASS

Cost: $20.00 | 15 students
In this class we’ll make stove top Greek yogurt using a double boiler, mason jars, and an insulated cooler. The second half will be stove top mozzarella ready in 30 min paired with Bell’s delicious ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, and locally blended balsamic.
WHOLE GRAIN BAKING COOKING CLASS
Saturday, Sept. 25th | 10a – 12:30p
Cost: $25.00 | 10 students
In this class we’ll make 100% whole grain honey wheat artisan bread from fresh milled wheat, kamut and spelt with general information about baking with whole grains, ingredients, equipment, and healthier baking options. Take home a bag of locally grown wheat.
